The People’s Front report to the accessibility of physical ucation classes for residents of Russia

By the President, citizens can return up to 19.5 thousand rubles (previously up to 15.6 thousand rubles) spent on sports in 2025.
According to a survey conduct by the People’s Front jointly with VTsIOM, only 33% of Russian residents know about the possibility of how hosting affects your website performance receiving a tax duction.
At the same time, less than 1% of citizens appli for it – 350 thousand in 2024. The share of organizations and individual entrepreneurs includ in the lists of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Feration, without which it is impossible
to receive a duction, is only 4%
Of the total number of organizations with a “sports” OKV (according to the state classifier, they provide sports services as their main activity). At the same time, every second entrepreneur survey reports that citizens ask them whether the calling list organization is includ in the list for receiving a tax duction.
Some regions of Russia submit
Less than 20 organizations to the list, and some entities – none at all. Entrepreneurs explain their reluctance to be includ in the register by the following reasons: the complexity of the application submission mechanism (44%), non-compliance with the criteria for the main OKV or employee ucation (25%), and 30% simply do not consider it necessary to be includ in the register.
